Caitlin MacDowell, Sarah Wilk to Take Part in Kayo Conference Series Women’s Private Equity Summit

BOSTON—Attorneys Caitlin MacDowell and Sarah Wilk will represent Womble Bond Dickinson at the Kayo Conference Series Women’s Private Equity Summit, which takes place June 13-15 in Boston.

In addition, the firm will host an afternoon wine tasting event on the second day of the Summit.

The Kayo Conference Series Women’s Private Equity Summit is a three-day event of thought leadership and networking for women in the private equity space. Specific discussions will focus on:

• Funds (Capital raising, allocator perspectives, fund formation and secondaries);
• Talent and Human Capital (Talent, recruiting, DEI and corporate governance); and
• Deals (M&A, due diligence, capital markets, sector spotlights and private equity strategies).
