Gerard Clodomir Speaks to Elon Law School students on Employment Discrimination Laws

On Jan. 11, Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Gerard Clodomir gave a presentation to approximately 150 1L students at Elon Law School in connection with their legal writing course. His presentation provided the students an overview of employment discrimination laws to assist the students who are currently working on their Winter and Spring term legal brief writing assignments based on an age discrimination hypothetical.  The hypothetical will also be the basis of the students’ Spring Moot Court competition.

Gerard recently was promoted to Of Counsel at the firm. He is an experienced litigator who primarily represents clients in matters concerning state and federal employment laws. His experience includes successfully defending lawsuits in state and federal courts, as well as proceedings before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Labor. He also helps employers position themselves to best avoid such legal actions.
