Lisa Tancredi Speaks on “Collateral for Indemnity Obligations” at Women in Surety Event

Womble Bond Dickinson Bankruptcy attorney Lisa Tancredi gave a presentation on “Collateral for Indemnity Obligations” to members of Women in Surety. The event took place Sept. 14 in New York City.

Women in Surety is a national networking group for women in the surety industry providing members with education, mentoring and general support.  

Lisa focuses her practice on restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters. She represents a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, funds, sureties, receivers, and businesses, both inside and outside of bankruptcy court.
